Monthly plans include the hands-on service time listed for each package. Requests or projects exceeding the monthly allowance may be moved to the following month or completed as additional work at $85/hour, with approval before any additional charges are incurred.
Unused monthly service hours do not roll over. Larger projects, third-party subscriptions, advertising costs, premium software, domain fees, and other outside expenses are quoted separately when applicable.
