Website Build Fee and Scope

Website build fees are nonrefundable and cover the agreed website scope created by Websites by George. Payment reserves time on our production schedule and compensates us for planning, design, setup, development, and other work performed throughout the project.

The $200 Quick-Start Website includes one scrolling webpage using the existing content, branding, images, and information provided by the client. Custom Website Builds start at $500 and are scoped around the client's business, goals, branding, pages, features, integrations, booking systems, e-commerce, SEO enhancements, and other custom functionality. Unless specifically included in writing, project fees do not cover work outside the agreed scope.

Any work requested beyond the basic one-page build will be discussed with the client before it begins. Websites by George will provide the proposed scope, additional rate or project fee, and any expected timeline changes. Additional work will not be completed until the client has approved the added cost in writing.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Website build payments are nonrefundable.
• The payment covers only the website package or custom scope described in writing.
• Additional features, pages, revisions, or services may require an additional fee.
• Additional fees will be communicated and approved before out-of-scope work begins.
• Project completion depends on the client providing requested content, images, account access, and feedback in a timely manner.
